A good fit starts with your door
Check the measurements and clearance before ordering. This prop is designed for standard interior swinging doors and works best when your dog is larger than your cat.
Will it be strong enough for my dog?
The prop helps restrict the doorway by size. Set the gap so your cat fits but your larger dog cannot, and check that the fitting is secure. It is not suitable when a dog can fit through the same opening as your cat.
My dog is smaller than my cat. Will it work for me?
It works best when your dog is noticeably larger than your cat. If both pets fit through the same gap, this solution will not keep the dog out.
Will it work for my door?
Use it on a standard interior swinging door with a latch and strike plate. Check the measurements and clearance before ordering. It is not intended for sliding, pocket, bi-fold or double doors.
Can it keep a baby or toddler out?
Noverlina Cat Door Prop is a pet accessory, not a child-safety device. Use a suitable child-safety gate and adult supervision where needed.
How wide can I set the opening?
The opening can be adjusted from approximately 3 to 5.5 inches. Choose the smallest comfortable gap for your cat.
How do I open and close the door?
Turn the handle to open the door and pass through. You can also close the door fully without removing the prop.

Unscrew the latch plate and reinstall your original strike plate. Keep your original hardware in a safe place after installation.
