2 years. That's how long these lasted me working 10 hour days in a warehouse 5 days a week. Yeah they look destroyed but they STILL have cushion. The Medium size fits both women's 7 and men's 8 without cutting. The inserts offer great arch support, help correct supination, and feel comfortable and well-made. They are soft and thick (making shoes feel slightly tight at first), easy to swap between shoes, and best hand-washed and air-dried.
My physio said stop buying soft gel insoles and get something with real structure. These are firm but not uncomfortable. You can feel the nodes through the fabric. Slipped them in my sneakers this morning, so far so good.
